NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Beginning April 12, 2007, you may enter the HORMEL™ NATURAL CHOICE™ Online Sweepstakes via the Internet by visiting www.hormelnatural.com. Sweepstakes period is April 12, 2007, 12:01 AM, through December 31, 2007, 11:59 PM. You may register for the HORMEL™ NATURAL CHOICE™ Online Sweepstakes whenever you elect to do so within the sweepstakes period. Limit one entry per person. Upon visiting the Online Sweepstakes, you will be required to submit your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and birth date to be eligible for the sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting email account. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider, or any other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. ELIGIBILITY: Restricted to legal U.S. residents who are licensed drivers, 21 years of age and older during the promotional period. Employees of Hormel Foods Sales, LLC, their parent companies, retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, printers, and the immediate families of each are not eligible.

PRIZE AND ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize – A Toyota Prius automobile, which will consist of 2007 or later model Toyota Prius automobile. ARV: $22,200.00 including delivery, and dealer prep. Actual retail value (ARV) may vary according to other conditions. The Grand Prizewinner may elect to substitute Grand Prize for 50% of the cash value specified for the prize (or $11,100.00). Total retail value of all prizes is approximately $22,200.00. All federal, state, and local taxes, registration, insurance, title and registration fees and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each eligible participant will be included in the Grand Prize random drawing, that will take place on or about January 7, 2008. The grand prizewinner will be notified by email and/or mail. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible persons registered for the sweepstakes.

GENERAL RULES: Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Grand Prizewinner must execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The decisions of the independent judging organization are final in all matters relating to this offer, including winner verification. In the event of an administrative, printing, production error, electronic, technical or website, the sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or delay the sweepstakes without liability and the right, but not the obligation, to select the winner from entries received prior to the termination. WAIVER: By entering this promotion, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages or any attorneys' fees. This sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.
